So entries can be reviewed and presented consistently, each one covers the same ground. Most of it is what you would put in an internal case study anyway.

Core summaryA pitch of no more than 200 words: the problem, the target audience, the proven solution, and what is new about it.
Value and impactIn up to 400 words: what value it creates, the impact for users and partners, and why it is relevant to the sector.
CategoryThe best fit among the seven categories — from new product-market combinations to more efficient processes.
Distinctive characterWhy it is genuinely new, what comparable initiatives exist, and why yours stands apart.
Validation and learningHow it was validated and the most important insights that came out of it — including what did not work.
Business modelRevenue or funding logic, go-to-market approach, and what commercial success looks like.
Scale potentialRoom to grow in users, reach or revenue, and relevance outside the home market.
Supporting documentsUp to five PDFs, 10 MB each: visuals, validation material, evidence of traction, prototypes.
